Anyone else still having a cuppa?

Just wondering, i have me either 1 cup of tea or 1 cup of coffee a day, my midwife said it is fine to drink tea/coffee as long as u dont go over board and have like 8 cups a day...would stll having 1 cuppa harm bubz?

is anyone else still having a cuppa in the morning...sometimes i just feel like i need a cuppa to wake me up and get my day started.

I'm another one who can't wake up without a cuppa in the morning lol!
I've read that you shouldn't have more than 300mg caffiene a day which is about 6 teas (not sure about coffee).
I have my morning one and then any others I have during the day are always decaf. xx

I am with Babystar..I have a few cups of coffee. I can't function without. When I am not feeling beat up, I will have decaf instead, but usually I end up reaching for the real thing. My Dr. said something similar, that it is basically a ridiculous amount that you want to avoid.
Everyone's interpretation of that is probably different, but I think if I feel like it is too much for me, then it is def. too much for the baby, KWIM? I stop when I start to feel "awake" LOL.

I still enjoy my java! I also quit smoking, so I feel like I can be a little bad! But, I only really have it occasionally, as I love it, but it doesn't always agree with my tummy to begin with.

Im not a tea and coffee person but I drink a lot of coke I managed to steer clear of it until last week and found myself buying a bottle of it when out doing the shopping.
One cup of coffee/tea wont do any harm to bubs x

I still have the odd cup, to be honest I only really drink it if I'm round my MILs or my pals, as I'm just too lazy to boil the kettle for myself.... plus, I had an accident on sunday, so I've ruined all the tea bags!!
Like with everything else, as long as it's in moderation, it should all be fine.

I still drink at least 3 or 4 mugs of tea a day as nothing beats a good cuppa and a couple of biscuits to dunk in it. I don't drink coffee as i hate it and if i have a can of coke i won't drink more then 1 mug of tea and have fruit tea instead.
