I've never been a " cuppa " drinker really , but i sometimes had a coffee 1st thing to wake me up & if i want one now i still have one although rarely.

I like to think sometimes all our older generations had babies & none of this was around then of course its all progress but there wasn't that many babies with problems either ( compared to today i mean) , everyone enjoyed their pregnancies more too as there wasn't this rule & that rule. I'm not saying ignore guidelines but i'm sure sometimes a little bit of what you fancy is ok. (ok you can shoot me now lol )

I have a cuppa tea every morning -- nothing wrong with having some caffeine as long as u don't overdo it

I tend to just look at my over all caffine intake which includes tea, Coffee, coke and Chocolate and try to keep under the 3-400mg per day mark. I stopped coffee altogether as if I drank that I had to curb the other sins too much. I usually have up to 3 teas per day and some chocolate and the odd can of coke but not every day. I dont have chocolate or coke every day but I like to have the option if I fancy it at the end of the day and not feel guilty about it. iykwim
