Killer headaches

The past week ive been getting terrible headaches, mostly in the morning when i wake.. they are so bad it makes me feel sick.

is this pregnancy related? i never got this with my 2 boys so its different for me, and is starting to worry me a little.

I've been getting headaches, but I had put it down to the weather.
I had a head injury a few years back, and it seems to go funny with hot rainy/stormy weather.
I'd make sure you're taking enough water, bubs is getting through loads, so you might need more. Maybe see if paracetamol will shift it?

xx

Hi hun, I did suffer from killer headaches very often in weeks 14-17, usually waking up with them and often stuck with them for 2-3 days! Luckily, they seem to have eased off a bit in the last week or so, so hopefully they'll improve for you too. I think it's just the hormones. xx

Its dehydration isn't it? I understand your blood volume increases later in pregnancy so you are more prone to dehydration unless you increase your liquid intake. I had a week or two when I had them everyday.

I am getting bad headaches.Spoke to midwife ans she says its hormones and dehydration.I take a glass of water to bed with me which I never did before.I have a drink everytime I wake up to go to the toilet (which is often).I find this helps.I have been taking far to many paracetamol than i would like, but the headaches have been that bad!!

I'm getting headaches, for pretty much the first time ever in my life! I think it's very common in pregnancy. Not nice, though.
