I don't get headaches at all often but I've had 2 two-day headaches in the past few weeks - both on weekends. great!

I think mine have had a lot to do with dehydration... definitely need to drink more.

Hello. I've posted a lot about headaches in my journal. Its sounds such a trivial thing and it can be so dibilitating. I suffered headaches pre-pregnancy and they are worse now. My longest was a 4 day on at 13 weeks and just last weekend I had another 3 day one. They really get me down.

My midwife, like many others said 'it's hormone related it will get better' and told me I could take co-codamol. I went to boots and the pharmacist wouldn't give me them - not licenced for use in pregnancy apparantly. Desperate I went back at the weekend and bought them anyway, just didn't say I was pregnant.

I'm making an appointment for the doctors tomorrow. It might be next week before I am seen but I can't keep this up. At the weekend my headache made me sick and even that didn't clear it

I once had a headache that lasted for months, literally. That's the only time I broke down and went to a doctor about it, but nothing they did helped anyway. I've learned to just suffer through them. I had a headache nearly every day in the first trimester.
