Pain in baby movement?

Hey girls,

I've been feeling the baby move for a little while now. Sometimes flutters, and sometimes kicks. But for the past few days, when I do feel the baby, atleast I'm just about positive its the baby, its with small pains. It feels like the little one is in there pushing as hard as they can or something. The other day I was feeling it, and had my DH feel my stomach. When we pushed a teeny bit where the baby was kicking, we could even feel a tiny foot.

Is this normal tho for it to hurt sometimes when the baby is kicking? Thanks!

def. yes.. it does hurt sometimes but not always mostly depends on where he/she kicks mine hurt the most when he kicks on my bladder making me have to go to the restroom or when it feels like he's pushing down and sometimes he kicks in my side esp. when i'm trying to walk fast to get out of the cold and that feels kind of like a sharp pain u get after you've been running

It hurts me too, i think it hurts most for me when baby must be really stretched out, my bump goes really hard right across, then i can see baby move around again & the ache goes. Sometimes it hurts when i get poked real hard too!!

Oh it's definitely normal as the other ladies have said. I have gotten a few nasty kicks. Lately my bladder seems to be mistaken for a punching bag. Sometimes when lil one stretches they wedge their foot or arm in the worst of places like near my ribs or in the sides near my hips.

To help ease the pain, if you can and depending on where you are...get down on all fours and rock back and forth, should give you some temporary relief I hope.

Thanks girls. I was a little bit concerned that it hurt this early, but it sounds normal. This morning I woke up, and my bump was noticeably bigger, and the LO must have been pressing right on my bladder cause I felt so much pressure there, and had to run to the bathroom.

The pressure and pain from kicks gets worse as you are farther along huh? With the baby getting bigger and everything.

Oh! And yesterday, my DH felt his first kick!!! He was over the moon!

Aww it freaks him out? LOL. My DH gets so excited, sometimes he will just listen to my tummy to hear the movements and stuff. He's really into it and this is our first baby, so everything is really new.

Yup, just recently I've been getting some pain with the movements, ahh the joys of pregnancy.
Thats great that your DH felt the kick, its so awesome to see their reactions. It makes your heart melt to see them all mushy. I remember when I was pregnant with Drake, my DH got a massive kick to the head when he was listening to my tummy, it was hilarious.
