The enormity of being on own finally sinking in!

For those who dont know, my oh left me at 3 months pregnant to go back to his ex wife (who he has a 3 year old daughter with) we have been together 2 years and it has trully been the best 2 years ever for both of us.

He left he says because he didnt want another child, he just packed and left and went back, no discussions nothing. Its been 7 weeks now and its just finally sunk in I think that this is it - I am on my own.

We have gone from him telling me a few weeks ago that I am absolutely the love of his life and he cant believe that he's gone back to nothing, no conversation nothing. I still work beside him and when he sees me at work he just puts his head down and moves away as soon as he sees me walking anywhere near him. Its really sad

Today reached a new low when he asked me to get a DNA test. I just find it really insulting. I have never slept with multiple people whilst in a relationship, ever and to think I would is very insulting..

Hey ho I guess onwards and upwards huh - its just hard as I love and miss him still so much......

Why do they love hurting us so much???!!!?

I am so sorry to hear you going through all this pain, especially at one of the most exciting times of our lives.

Although you feel alone right now, in time, you may just look back on what happened and realise your not alone really, you have us lot and I am sure lots of family & friends to support you too.

I cant imagine doing all this on my own so you have my total respect and support. You are one hell of a lady (all you single mums out there are).

Big and try to keep smiling.
xx

Big hugs to you honey xxxx

Sorry to hear that hes been a twat, at the end of the day its his loss, i am sure he will soon find out that the grass isnt greener on the other side.
My bet is that he got scared (as men often do) rather than face his fears is that hes run away from them.

I am sure you will cope fine with lo and be a brilliant mum.

xxx

Honey i would show him that you dont care, i know its easier said than done, your heart is breaking dont give him the satisfaction of seeing it get you down. Plaster a big smile on your face and keep it there while hes around!
At the end of the day hes gone back to someone that didnt make him happy in the 1st place, how miserable will he be in the future!!! Least you have the chance to find happiness again.

I was reading your other posts and you def did the right thing telling his parents they have a right to know

I no how ur feeling with the dna test, leats he actually asked you himself and didnt get anyone else to let you no his feelings, kinda simular situation, with me, i'd just say what people have said to me, try not worryng about it, its not good to worry, cos my LO has been abit stressy cos i was so mad yesterday i've calmed down abit today.

But i would try and not to talk to him at work or afterwork because its not fair his telling you he still loves you and has gone back to her who he feels nothing for, thats what kirk kinda done to me, but he was with his bird the whole time of us.

I would just walk away from him until your okish in your own mind, because you dont wanna keep taking one step forward him speaking to you and then going 10 steps back xxx

Massive hug to you and your bump!

The way he sounds, your baby and yourself will be better off without him! He'll see you getting bigger and bigger, then eventually have the baby. He'll come running back.

When it comes to a DNA test, thought it might be his new partner putting thoughts in his head?

Don't let him get to you, because he'd of won! Who needs men, hey!

I'm sorry that you are in this situation. Some people are just so unfair, thinking that if he walks out it will all just go away. Try not to worry about what he thinks and be happy for yourself and your LO. You have a beautiful baby growing inside of you and thats more important than anything else right now, you and this baby are number 1!
I agree with NotSoWorried, it may be his partner putting the idea in his head or even just another thought of how to work his way out of all this.
Good luck and plaster that smile on your face when he's around. Show him your better off without him anyway.
