Please Give Advice....

Hi all, just wondered if anyone could give me some advice. I am nearly 25 weeks and feeling really really bad. Head spinning, sickness ect and it getting me really upset. Everyone including my gp and Partner think i am overreacting. Cant carry on feeling like this and its starting to make me feel really depressed. Wanna Give Birth now and get it over with. I had serious problems with my first pregnancy but never ever felt this bad!

awh hun so sorry you are feeling like this... ive been there are its really not nice at all!
are you actually being sick, or is it constant nausea? are you eating and drinking ok?
is your GP checking your urine for ketones?
its not normal to feel so ill.. although lots of us unfortunatly do. Ive had bad hyperemesis since week 4, and am only starting to come out of it now at week 32.. theres not a huge amount you can do to be honest, just rest as much as you possibly can, and hard tho it is, try to not get too upset or stressed by it, as it just makes it even worse in my experience. big hugs xx

I know dizzyness can be caused by an iron deficiancy - I have similar problems myself and everyone keeps telling me this!

hi hun i had this when i was in 2nd tri a few things eased it, eating small and regularly (even if its just a slice of toast or bar of chocolate) , sitting with feet up (don't knowwhy it helped but it did) and if i felt really dizzy/sicky having a cup of tea and going to lie down for half hour
i also had low iron which was only found out when i mentioned this to my m/w so might be worth asking to get tested

hope this helps (and fingers crossed its passed by 28 weeks which its when i stated feeling great )

Hi hun, feel so sorry for you, as I had exactly what your describing at around week 13-14. I couldn't get out of bed for the best part of a day for sickness, weakness and being too dizzy to stand. Don't know what it was, but found that drinking plenty of water helped and eating a plain biscuit when I could. I only felt this bad on 2 or 3 occasions though. Hope you feel better soon. x
