Can someone please tell me what they 3rd thing they test for with blood?

I'm terrified of needles, blood and everything that comes with the pair. But agreed to have my blood taken last Tuesday, they did, I screamed. And I'm finding out the results on Monday. I know one is Spina Bifida and one is Downs. Just wondering what the 3rd is? Or whether it's just my iron levels?

they test your white blood cell count (iron levels) they do a HIV check, syphilis check, measles check, blood group check, they check everything basically to make sure your ok and you dont have anything that can be passed onto baby. then you get retested in later stages (mine are next week)
