Department Stores!

Why is it that all departments stores have their mother and baby section on the top, or nearest to top floor?!!!!!

Don't they reaslise that it is very difficult to get 6 prams and 10 pregnant ladies in to a lift?!!!!! (sounds like the start of a joke!)

Seriously...... what is with that!!!!!!
