i cheated!


So.. tonight we went to the steak supper they had at the legion and i was craviing a medium rare steak.. and i broke!! I just had to have it!!
Once wont hurt baby will it!! It was definately a one time thing!!

I am sure you will be fine! I could just eat a rare steak now, with peppercorn sauce, chips, onion rings and salad....

My MIL make THE most delicious quiche, trouble is it has stilton in. She also makes great ice cream again no good to me , got raw egg in.

I did have the quiche once I have to confess (and blo*dy enjoyed it too) everything was fine and I think it will be fine for you too.

I've heard steak is okay as the bacteria are only on the outside and so even in a mediume rare steak the cooking process kills them. Not sure if that's completely true but hopefully it will make you feel a bit better about cracking
