Ante natal classes!

I can't believe that I have booked on these. In all honesty I thought at the start that I wouldn't go on them but then thought I have so enjoyed being on this site and discussing problems with other mums to be who understand me that the classes may be fun too and nice to meet other mums and feel normal with their bumps hopefully!

So my classes start on 28th April for 5 weeks and I'm looking forward to it.

I feel the same. I didn't think I would bother with many of the classes but this website has been such a help and a comfort it has changed my mind.

Hi

I got the info from my midwife at the booking in appointment. All I had to do was phone the hospital up with which class I wanted to go on to. Midwife also gave me info on Aqua Natal classes at the local swimming so might try that too!

The classes seemingly start when you are about 30 weeks and best to book at about 26 weeks pregnant. The classes up here run for 5 weeks and also includes one on breast feeding xx

Just didnt fancy it and not really wanting to meet local new mums anyway, plus hoping for a waterbirth and had that class seperatly. would recommend that class to anyone though.

and I was top of child development in 3rd year seniors in erm 1980 something!
