Tbh I didn't really find it that helpful, she just gave me a few exercises to do. The really good thing was she gave me a support belt, that was/is wonderful support!

I had a physio appointment on tuesday as i too suffer with sciatica caused by my curved spine and i am also suffering from SPD. In my opinion it wasn't overly helpful but only because she didn't wave a magic wand and thats what i really wanted! She gave me exercises to do and a bump support band thing along with crutches (all mainly for SPD) i couldn't manage a few of the exercises because of the sciatica but she gave me alternative ones to do in those cases. I would try it as it might be really beneficial to you - i certainly wouldn't worry as they are very wary of how they handle pregnant women and will be very careful. i really hope you find something to help ease your pain x x x

I have been told i'll be referred to physio as i too had a car crash many years ago and suffer with my back. I have also been told to get a support belt and wear it sooner rather than later

I have been wearing mine since tuesday morning and its not made any difference to me. i am really hoping it starts helping as physio said it doesn't for some people. I think i am being too hasty with it, i'll give it a few weeks before i decide if its for me or not x x x

Yeah I was going to say don't worry about it, maybe they send you to specific ante-natal physio's? That's what they do here. I also suffer from SPD and have been to a group physio class thing, have crutches and have my first 1:1 appointment on Monday - like armywife I'm looking for a magic wand to be waved though!
Good luck
