I have a headache!

I haven't taken any drugs at all throughout my pregnancy thus far but this headache is driving me mad! I know I can't take ibuprofen, so what can I take?

You can take paracetamol and its perfectly safe to take the full dose, just don't exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours, Im prescribed this due to my disability so know its fine to take. Hope it settles down soon ,take care XX

Tylenol (Paracetamol) is safe to take.

You can follow the normal instructions and take the regular amount. No worries about that!

My doctor told me that I could take 2 extra strength tylenol every four hours. I don't think you are supposed to exceed 8 tylenol per day. I've been getting a lot of really bad headaches, so I made sure to ask the doctor.

Oh me too!! My head is pounding - I've literally torn the place apart looking for the only paracetamol in the house, only the 2nd time i've taken it in this pregnancy - makes me feel guilty though!

You shouldn't feel guilty about that at all. Paracetamole thins out your blood so it actually reduces your chances of getting bloodclots as well.
