Yeah, like everyone else said Tylenol is great

I get migraines alot, and although somehow during my pregancy only had ONE (I need to be pregnant all the time

) but I also had a bad toothache because my wisdom tooth came in during the end of my pregnancy

so was taking tylenol to help that!

If you have a headache or you are in pain, then your body is producing stress hormones that cross the placenta and cause baby to feel stressed. These hormones, in large and prolonged doeses can lead to low birth weights amongst other things.

Paracetamol (tylanol) causes no harm to the baby at all.

You work it out. What is best for baby?

Also, if you have a fever, you should always take paracetamol (tylanol) and the fever poses a much higher risk to baby.
