| Bike Do you think its ok to use an exercise bike during pregnancy?
Mines just sat there doing nothing and i can really feel the weight piling up around my lower back/top bum and hips, i dont like it atall.
I cant see what harm it would do if i go easy, what you think?

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think that its a low impact form of excercising and should be ok if you dont over do it. But I would check with your Dr. just to be safe. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | If I had one I would use it probably not to the extent if not pg but light excercise etc is said to be good so I can't see the difference x |

| yeah Jase wants to to check with a midwife too.
i think it would be ok as long as i know when to stop, i have got a real obession with my weight this time round, never bothered me atall on any of the others. i really want to keep an eye on it this time coz i know i have to work really hard to get back down to the size i was before i had Coby.
I have worked out that after this baby is born, if i can lose on avarage 2lbs a week (i think thats a realistic weight lose each week?) then it will take me 7 months to get back down to what i was, thats without excersie, so with that im hoping it wont take as long, and thats also providing i dont put on anymore than a stone for the rest of this pregnancy....we shall see lol
this time next year i want to be a complelty diffrent person, back in to a nice size 16, long blonde hair, heals! i havent worn heals for ages now lol make up etc, sounds really superfical(sp?) but i know it will help me to feel better about myself if i look like i ignain myself to be.
does that make sense?
