I'm Currently Feeling: | We bought all singin and dancing travel system last time but ended up spending twice as much because when I had the cs I couldn't lift the car seat or the buggy!
DS was in a permanent car seat straight away, which lasted until he was 31/2. I also put him into an umbrella fold buggy at three months. Light and easy to use!!
I think the comment about men liking gadgets i right. OH has got a real thing at the moment about those newborn carseats that let the baby lie down. The advert in the baby ags is really disturbing with an ancient lookg baby in it!
I'm sure you will manage to bring him round to your way of thinking. the key is to make him think it was his idea.
LOL

He doesnt like teh wheels on them because the front ones are quite small, umm hello we live in a city, were not gonna go off roading!!
But anyways we have a trenton latte with added carrycot (ebay bargain) so there wont be any falling outs with the prams! |

LYN | I was looking at the umbrealla pushchairs in the end, I was so pissed off, but I really want a carry cot to start with but mainly I want to be able to use it................we are hoping to have another one after this one (depending on how this one goes), so I also said about the Phil & Teds, which can grow with your family, I thought that was very practical, but NO he didn't like it!!!!
And don't get me started on that carseat, we spent about half an hour looking at it yesterday in Mothecare........£400+ it only goes up to 4yrs, sorry but if it went up to 11, maybe it would be worth it LOL!! But it also only lays down one way, and it isn't even isofix, so there is already a slight safety design fault........as it is not as safe as it could have been.
But I want a carseat I can carry and put baby in the trolley in tesco's whilst in it..............is that not more practical, otherwise I need a pram and a trolley?! LOL!!
I WILL get my own way, I always do..........why he bothers in the first place is beyond me, after ranting to my sister yesterday she said "chill, you know you will get what you want in the end".....................he is the only one that doesn't seem to realise this LMAOOOO!! |
