sick for 1st time at 13 weeks... :(

I know it's early days (I am just thirteen weeks and 3 days) but I was so excited about getting to second trimester without having been sick...
well, I have just been sick and feel totally yuck. I am not sure whether I have a stomach flu, ate something dodgy or if this is super-late morning sickness...?
Anyone else sick for the first time at this point?

I haven't been posting that much lately, just wanted to get through first trimester... so here I am, almost in the second! Hope you're all having happy and healthy pregnancies

Pregnancy is an enigma, it could very well be morning sickness!! Are you feeling unwell like temperature, upset bowels anything like that which could indicate a stomach bug?? It is unusual that it would start this late, but some women don't get it until later!

Hopefully it subsides for you hun

I think it's def a stomach bug, I just feel awful, got painful rumbling in my stomach and keep being sick every twenty mins or so... not much left in me to come out though (sorry tmi).. What a night

Just hope it's not harming the baby...

If you are not keeping anything down see your doctor straight away and get something to stop you being sick. Also if your temp is up that can be dangerous for bubs. If you are still sick I would advise going to your ED and getting something to stop the vomitting and to rehydrate you.

thanks for your advice, I'll probably go to doctor's in the morning if it doesn't go away by then--- it's five in the morning here (UK) . I've been up since 2:30. ..sigh... I have the feeling the chickpea curry I had yesterday caused it... not sure if I have a temperature, just feel pretty lousy.

sorry you feel crappy! I did read that there is a stomach bug spreading through the UK like wildfire! If you feel feverish I'd say that's what it is. If it lasts for more than a few days then i'd go to the doctor. hope you feel better soon!

i was sick only once when i was 14 weeks, never again just that one time and it must have been morning sickness because i threw up then went and ate my lunch because i felt starving, you can only do that in pregnancy LOL
