Headache

Hi there

Just wondered if anyone has been experiencing bad headaches. I normally suffer from bad migraines just before my period, but obviously haven't had those for a few months now! I had the worst headache ever yesterday, much worse than even the migraines I used to get, felt like my head was going to explode and couldn't stop being sick. Just wondered if anyone else had these too and any tips about how to get rid of them.

Thanks!

C

I usually get them around the time i was meant to get my period. I find that the only way to get rid of it is to either go to sleep or lie in a dark room with a cold flannel on my forehead.

If you find they continue i would speak to your midwife and she can tell you whether its normal to get so many and so bad.

Yeh i got bad headaches round about the 2nd Tri aswell, the only thing i had to shift them was paracetomal. (sp?)

Hope they ease off, if not then speak to Midwife and im sure she could give u something else maybe that would help

I kept getting them from weeks 11-13. I got a massage to release the neck tension and bought a new memory foam therapeutic pillow and havent had any since. Could be coincidence, but could help you too. Hope they go away soon
