im 2 days late, i had unprotected sex twice at least 2 weeks ago.
i took a test 2-3 days ago and was negative, i took the other today and its faulty. the line that always shows up to say your not pregnant hardly shows. and i opened it up and here it is

sorry bad quality. but it hardly shows . what to do?? i dont have any more tests
now i can only see the one line? after fiddling with it?

Oooh well first off good luck

I had a faulty test a few days ago, my 'pregnant' line was meant to be vertical and it was horozontal O.o but the entire side of the test went pink, I got v v confused!! If it's stuck to the pregnancy strip I'd like to say pg, but you never know with faulty tests. I'd say try again in a few days if you can get your hands on more tests, looks positive tho x x x

Ohh sorry hun im into the science part, in a pregnancy test there are two printed strips of testing fluid printed in lines... one of the lines changes colour when it has contact with urine (the control) and the other when it comes into contact with HCG. Bit like when u put litmus paper in acid or benedicts solution on egg white in science at school! Er, best explaination I can think of atm if it still confusing tell me and I will try and explain like less of a boffin pmsl!!! x x x

its still confusing! doesnt matter.
heres the test after 15 minutes, now the line woke up and clearly shows
how do i do that negative thing to make it show up?

it does look like a negative now.

open it in paint, then go to I think image and one option should be 'invert image'.. it's there somewhere!!

And basically the pregnant line on a test will only change colour if it comes into contact with HCG, the hormone 'sticks' to the strip making it pink, and nothing else will 'stick' to it iygwim? x x

yeah thanks. do you know if it changes if yo open it up? i mean could that be why it went red after quite a while after i opened it and was touching it?
my DH is off to get another as we speak, they are 17 euros for 2 thats why im so annoyed at getting another

I dont think so, because they aren't airtight as far as I know :/ Also within 20mins is pretty soon for an evap!! Are you going to test again this AM or wait until tomo? I remember when we were TTC when DH was posted in Germany, it was 10euro a test :@ I think the best we found was like 10euro for 2 cheapies in the NAAFI, very, very annoying/expensive!! The 'good' tests like clearblue and first response were well over 20euros! Where abouts do you live? x x
