So when you girls state how many dpo you are, are you going from the time your opk turn positive or are you adding 1 or 2 days to it.

My OPK turned dark on the 1st & 2nd and was compleatly gone on the 3rd...

so would I have actually ovulated on the 3rd or 4th ?? and start counting from there? or count from the 1 st

Hi - I work it out by adding 24hrs to the day I got a pos opk and then the day following that is 1 dpo, eg, pos opk on monday at 10pm (add 24 hours) now Tuesday 10pm, so wed morning I would be 1dpo, but everyone does it a little different. That seems to work near enough.
