I'm Currently Feeling: | Mo mo's Journal! Should have started this ages ago really.....Ah well!
HAd a bit of a weepy weekend... I keep getting really down thinkin something might go wrong with my pregnancy (although i haven't had any issues so far).
Spent most of yesterday convinced i got toxoplasmosis from a jacket potato... even considered calling up sainsburys to ask if they allow cats near where the potatoes are grown but couldnt find a number so i didnt!
Have also been trying to play music to LO but she either has no taste or is peed off cos she doesnt really react to it, then again im not even sure if she can hear it....how do I tell where her head is?!
Back to Google I suppose! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Really bored in the office at the mo... not long to go til i sart my maternity leave (3 Nov)
I havent been worrying as much about stuff today, well apart from the usual like early labour but i think im allowed to worry about that one as its quite a normal rational fear!
Been having quite bad wind (sorry TMI!) Its not the smelly kind tho- just the painful bloated feeling type which is quite annoying.
I havent been googling too much today which is a bonus...im slowly weaning myself off!
Ive been looking to get a 3D/4D scan done at about 30 weeks so maybe I'll book that to give myself something to look forward to. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Another boring day at work... some random guy came upto me and started stroking my belly, I almost punched him.... seriously if I'd have had a boob job would people come upto me randomly and start groping them?!
Just finished eating the best biscuit i have ever tasted in my life (must remember to buy some after work)... a colleage was sharing them around...is it wrong that i cautiously ate the biscuit because i wasnt sure if someone had already had their fingers on it? I must stop with this fear of germs malarkey.
LO is being lazy today or maybe shes facing the other way (with her back against my tummy) cos i havent felt her much... well untill i start poking my belly!
PS I havent Googled ALL morning...yay me!!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Had to go to the hospital yesterday as I wasnt feeling any movement from LO....ended up spending FIVE HOURS wired upto some heart monitor thingy... On the plus side I did get to have a tour of the birthing centre (FYI anyone planning to give birth in the Mayday hospital birthing centre i suggest you do as it is soooo nice).
The midwife saw me first, my BP was 84/60 or something like that so she said that may be why lo isnt moving much as she is lazy (like mum!) She gave me some ice water (in a dirty cup so i just pretended to drink) then left me for 3 hours as she wanted the doctor to check on me... then the doctor finally came and done more test (listening to my heart and lungs) then she wanted to get another opinion from her senior so had to wait another hour....finally they let me go home with a kick chart and told me to drink more fluids but to come straight back if movements change... I still dont get why that took 5 hours ffs... ah well at least LO is ok! |

That's where I'm planning to pop this pickney! I've heard the birthing centre is very nice - much nicer than the ward. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Its lovely there, all seems really relaxed and the midwives are really friendly, and as the labour ward is next door the consultants and doctors are really close by too which is reassuring. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Whoops.... forgot i had a journal!
The last week has been okay I suppose, although i still keep having me dizzy spells which seem to be getting worse- Doc said to just dring more fluid but I have been doing that... I think she thinks im some sort of human sponge or something.
Havent been to work all week- hopefully I'll go back in on monday. I forgot to ask for a certificate sign off thingy from the doctors yesterday (even though i had it written down!) so I suppose work will be a bit iffy with me on monday morning..... ah well. |
