Feeling much better today but not staying to update will do it tomorrow at spme point. Slept all morning til 1 o clock...thank god window cleaner woke me up or prob be still asleep now, hope your feeling a bit better hun x TC

5th May

Just a note for anyone who peeps at my journal, am taking a few more days off and have decided not to write anymore journal logs until i've had what should've been my 12 week scan....12 weeks and 6 days now and not heard a thing so gonna be at least another week i think, getting to the point now where i'm worrying myself as i can't believe everything is gonna be ok til i've seen it with my own eyes...will be back with an update once i know all is well x

Had my very late 12 week scan today and thankfully after endless worrying my LO is fit and well, everything is in the right place and the pics were fantastic! The sonographer placed me at 14 weeks and 1 day so I've just jumped upa box and into first trimester...I can't believe I made myself so illwith worrying about the LO.

I have been a complete bitch to my gorgeous OH this week, but luckily for me he has done alot of reading up on pregnancy and what to expect so he's took it all with a pinch of salt thankfully!

Now I know everything is going well I can finally start planning for the LO, there's so much to do! I'm a big fan of lists and organising so i guess thats where i'm gonna start! No time like the present hey!

My OH has gone out to celebrate and tell all his family and friends the great news as we pretty much kept the pregnancy to ourselves apart from family and a couple of very close friends (due to the risk of miscarriage) so i imagine he's going to be coming back feeling a bit worse for wear tonight lol.

Anyway, less of my rambling on...here's some pics of the LO

Well I have to say I'm really impressed with my OH, as i said yesterday in my journal my OH went out to celebrate after having our scan and i really expected him to come rolling back in a bit of a state! Or not at all lol. He was home by half ten and not at all in a state! Maybe just slightly merry! and who can blame him! I know if i could have a drink to celebrate i would!

Today has been a great day, finally coming to terms that all is well and can start to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy!

We have told everyone now and anyone that doesn't know will know by the end of the night as OH has gone to do the rounds at his local! (Which is cool with me as i get to have the sofa and the remote all to myself tonight lol)

I told my eldest about the baby as he finished his SATS today and he is cool with it...I expected a negative reaction so am really pleased, Just the little ones to tell now when they are over for half term! And i know they will be fine with it as they have recently had a little sister from their dads new wife.

My eldest has come from school with nits again!! I'm getting pissed off with it now this is twice in as many weeks!! I wish the other parents would just treat their kids its not alot to ask and it's costing me a small fortune in shampoo!!

OH and i've started writing my lists for things we need....here we go!!!!!

bless your oh!! he should take these chances to get mullered before the baby comes!!

yeah that's what i said lol...i'm noting all his nights out in exchange for some post baby lol

Those are great scan pics! I love the little hand in your avatar pic - soooo cute. Can't wait to see mine... 5 weeks to go though

My scan was two weeks late so i think thats why we were lucky to get such detailed pics, none of my others with my other boys have been so clear, ts just amazing! your wait will fly by hun believe me! x
