Well if you want any questions that you curious about from a male's point of view, then ask away. Not going to say I'm going to be an expert on all male things, but it'll be a good way of figuring out what I feel about certain topics

At the moment, it's a bit of a waiting game, cos a day after the scan and the wife is encountering some bleeds, but it looks like 1) its old and 2) It only happened after getting probed from the early scan, so I'm hopefully it's just that and nothing more serious.

Phoned NHS Direct, which is a pretty good service. Anyway they just said to keep an eye out for it, and to watch out for more pain or increased blood flow. If it continues to Tuesday, to see the gp. Hope everything does turn out to be ok and it was just the vigourous internal scan.

When you say bled, what kind of bleeding are we talking about. The symptoms with wife is that it keeps flicking back and forth between brown and a lil red and then back to brown. As soon as I get home, I'll phone NHS Direct again and see what they say.

It just seems to much of a conincedence unless the internal just kickstarted things off.

It's so stressful.

Good thing is that at least she still has symptons (sore, lil cramps, etc) and she's had no pain associated with the spotting.

I had brown spotting that turned to bright red blood I also had period like cramps. Let us know how you get on with NHS direct. Do you not have an early pregnancy unit you can go to if you are worried?
