I'm Currently Feeling: 



Well once you get to 12 weeks, the baby gets nutrients from you and if you are lowering your intake, it is really not recommended for the baby as the baby needs many vitamins and minerals and 'they' worry you don't get these when dieting, hence they advise against it.
