Whats wrong with me?

Hi Guys

I have had an easy week since Monday when I collapsed sobbing through being sick with sickness! Since then I have been eating like a horse - yesterday I got a few bad pains in my tummy
I still dont beleive I am pregnant so was wondering if its possible to have a miscarriage even when you dont lose any blood...not a drop

I havent even spotted once, I have had a few painds but nothing to worry about and yet here I am soon to be 12 weeks and I still dont feel or beleive I am pregnant - I am huge already but thing thats mainly bloating although I have put on over half a stone!!
I was diagnosed with PCOS and keep thinking what the doctor said - You could have an eptopic pregnancy
I do hope not

Oh you poor thing.
If it's any consolation, I have been through all of that too. I've suffered with the worst MS ever, but since yesterday morning, I've not been sick, and done nothing but eat eat eat eat!! Maybe its the body's way of replacing all the nutrients you would have eaten if you weren't feeling so pooh to begin with and being sick so often?

I've had to buy maternity trousers (at 8 weeks) because my belly is so swollen, and i'm sure its water retention or something, so I am sure the putting weight thing is normal too.

Lastly, with the tummy cramps, I've had them on and off since I got my BFP and from reading other threads on here, cramps seem to be normal in so far as your uterus has to stretch a lot to accommodate your rapidly growing baby. So I am sure that's nothing to worry about either.

It must be so hard to believe you're pregnant, especially if it's taken you a while, or you've had things to overcome like your PCOS, but as you're nearly 12 weeks, you'll be off for your scan soon, and you'll be able to put your mind at rest.

With regards to ecotpics, I was under the impression that these were usually discovered around 8 weeks, as the baby would be too big to be held in the fallopean tubes without causing huge amounts of pain. Serious pain from what my friend says who's had one.

If you really are worrying, call the Doctor or NHS24. Hope everything is ok for you though x x x
