Anyone else expecting twins?

Hi everyone. I am new on here. I had an early ultrasound a week ago for dating, and to my shock, and once it sunk in, delight, found out i am having twins. Anyone else out there in first trimester with two? I go through some days of full blown pregnancy symptoms and i just want to feel better, than a day comes where i feel better and it makes me panick lol. wish all of you wonderful pregnancies and look forward to future discussions!

do twins run in yours or the fathers family? im yet to have my first scan but twins are rife in the fathers family and im just trying to work out my chances

Its more affected by your side of the family as your the one releasing the amount of eggs!

Highlandlassi! CONGRATULATIONS! How exciting!

We have our first scan on friday and theres a big possibility of twins due to family history.

Where abouts in the highlands are you? You don't happen to be any where near skye / kyle of lochalsh do you?

yeah fraternal twins run in the woman's side but identical twins (like mine ) dont run in families, they are a random occurence!
