Alot of brown spotting have a scan tomorrow*UPDATE:-(*

I dont know what to do with myself i have a little tiny bit of brown spotting yesterday and a load today the doc's were know help at all even tho i had a m/c in spet they could only get me a scan tomorrow, ive never been so scared this cant happen to me again i cant cope with it i feel ill with fear.

Does any no what type of scan ill get tomorrow? im hoping it will be a belly one this time as i had to have four of the others last time and i didnt like it at all.

Hey everyone thanks for all your kind words but its not good news the beans gone again, now ive got to think what i want to do they dont want me to pass it by myself as its to big so i can have a D and C or they will put me into labor i really dont want that, i didnt get a reason why its happened again, i feel so numb.
I wish you all luck and hope you all have a happy nine months xxxx

Hey JemmaD,

sorry to hear about your stress. Try and think positive as brown spotting is common in early pregnancy.

They will probably start off with a belly scan. Good luck

you can request an external one if you like, they can't make you have an internal one although they might get a better picture. an external one will work better if you drink loads and loads of water. i had an internal one and external, yesterday, and i plan to refuse to ever have an internal one again!

good luck, i hope that everything is okay.

I'm so sorry I hope it is just normal spotting in pregnancy and you get to see your baby tomorrow. They should be able to do a belly scan no problem at this stage, they may do an internal if they want to get a clearer view, but hopefully it wont be needed xxxx

I had heavy brown spotting on and off for about 3 weeks. They gave me an external scan at 7wks 2days, she asked me if I wanted an internal one, and I said no try the external first and if you cant see the hb try internal. Anyway we couldnt see that well, but we could tell that the lo was fine and a lovely hb flickering away. I can see your at 9wks 2day, so I would expect external. But I know it different depending on where you are in the UK.

I had a belly scan at 8 wks hun so hopefully you will! I really hope everything goes well for you. Dr's are no help at all at times are they? When i had a big bleed i rang the Dr and he told me to get straight down there then told me i was "more than likely miscarrying and to let nature take its course" it was on a friday night and i had to wait until monday to be seen!! Listen to your body hun and really take it easy try to relax easier said than done i know but it really works to take your mind off the worst! x x x x x x keep us posted i'll be thinking of you x
