did you carry on testing after your BFP

hey ladies

i wanna do a digi again today to see if it says 2-3 weeks now as i did 1 last week that said 1-2 weeks. have any of you carried on testing?

Oh yes. I have taken another 2 tests since. My BFP was a digi (not the fancy ones with the numbers tho - don't get those here

) and I wanted to see the lines turn so used an old CB +/- I had lying around and then went out and bought 2 new ones of those dipstick cheapies. Took one today. Hence my avatar

I just don't really believe I'm pregnant sometimes you know? Hubby thinks I'm mad but ho hum

Yep! I did around 17 tests all together over 2/3wks! I just loved seeing the second line pop up (even tho after a while it wasent as exciting)
It also kept reminding me as i just dont feel pregnant & it was massive shock.

Yep! I carried on testing until I got a 3+ on a digi which was at 18pdo

I was tempted to try a FRER today & see just how dark they get, but then again it's a bit of a waste of money, lol!

Oh, hang on, I reckon I might have some IC's still........

hun the only thing with the conceptor date digi's are is that the actual weeks it shows isnt that accurate they scared me to death as i took 2 in one day, the first one said 2-3 weeks which i knew wasnt write as i know O day and it should have been 1-2 weeks then the next one i took said 1-2 weeks, thought the hcg was getting less and started to panic so used opks to make sure hormone still very high which it is im still gettong a pos on and opk b4 the test has even finished filling up and it the darkest opk line iv ever seen.....lol dnt trust the weeks really babe just the pregnant bit is good enoguh so if u retest just look for that hunny x x x x x

Yep did three digis seeing them go up each time was great. Then I did about 25 cheep tests and FR. Yep I'm addicted and yep it's fun having the lines come up stronger and stronger. I am a self confessed POAS addict and proud of it. I think my experiences have help others too as I posted some of them on in the gallery. it gives people reference to go by or at least that is my excuse.

think everyone does hun, think i told u,when i first did a CB CI it said 2-3 ......... 8days later still said 2-3 so i ordered 2 more(clearblue site£13.99 4two!)they came next day and i got a 3+ thank god cos i was worried,but then i did the 2nd on with after wee and it was very diliuted,sure all will be fine hun,if u wana test to put ur mind at rest then do so

I've stopped now but I carried on testing for weeks - I did 21 tests including 3 digis (I had a pack of 2 conception indicator ones too and wanted to see if it would go up to 2-3 and it did

Oh yes, I carried on testing most days until about 5 weeks, then eased off a bit once I had 3+ on a digi.

I still do the odd IC because I love seeing them come up positive!!

Not doing them for reassurance any more though as I know they would likely show up positive for a long while now even if something wasn't right.
