What did you eat Saturday?


Ok, I posted the same type of question yesterday. On a quest to eat more healthy....did I do better?

B - scrambled egg with cheese sandwich, hot chocolate, clementine
L - broccoli with noodles
Snack - ran into half a bag of chips (not good, I know)
D - chicken strip salad
Snack - grape juice
I had lots of water yesterday as well! Looking back over the list, I should have had another fruit and eliminated the chips....

What did you all eat yesterday (Saturday)?

Wow, thats pretty good!

Mine was awful yesterday.

I had scrambled egg & two crumpets, then in the evening a spoon full of baked beans.
Couple of litres of water & a big glass of pineapple juice.

Probably 1/10th of what I normally eat, but I just couldn't eat any more & felt so full

WOW......that sounds like you did great!

I ate ummmmmm Two grahmam crackers, a pickle, and a few bits of frozen yogurt. i drank one spirte and half a bottle of gatorade...........

eek! NOT GOOD...but i am SSO nausea and vomiting lots.

Great thread I ate....

B = scrambled egg on toast

L = Mcdonalds chicken burger ( poor I know but was in Strasbourg shopping with DH and was feeling famished after 6 hrs wondering around )

D = Chicken tikka masala curry, rice and salad and then apple strudel and custard for dessert at our friends house who had invited us over.

Drinks = water, cup of decaf tea and small glass of fanta

I need to change that title to what didn't I eat on Saturday I haven't been able to stop eating from 3 days before I got my BFP!!!!!! However, my appetite has totally disappeared today

B - two slices of brown toast

L - ummm two slices of brown toast

Snack - packet of wotsits

D - Indian Saag Gusht (Spinach and Lamb curry) with a little bit of pilau rice and some garlic naan bread

Had bad m/s in the morning, but felt better in the evening - can you tell?

LOL.. Im glad im not alone!!

Breakfast - Raisen bran with strawberries
Snack - Banana

Snack - WAS going to be chocolate cake and custard but my custard didnt go to plan and ended up all over the inside of my microwave !
Dinner - Mashed potato and chicken which the bf cooked me.. Which i then saw again 10 mins later
Snack - Cookies dipped in milk

I pigged out I'm afraid!!

B- Bacon and tomato sandwich
L- Fish Pie with green and soya beans
D- Chinese takeaway veg soup, followed by 1/2 a spring roll, bbq chicken wings, Spare ribs, seaweed and prawn crackers!!
Snack - Refresher chew bar and two fizzy sour sweets

Drinks -Tea, Water, OJ, One Alcohol Free Bottled Lager with lime juice.

Today I have been even worse, so far I have had:

B- Small tin w/w spaghetti with toast
Snack at cinema- Nachos with cheese and jalapenos and an ice blast
L-(At pub) Veg soup, cauliflower, red onion and wensleydale pie with salad then fresh berries with loads of fresh cream!!!

Drinks - Tea, water, OJ

I just can't stop eating now my sickness has worn off a bit!!! I have lost 8 pounds since getting my though so I am not too worried - yet!!

Mine was pretty bad, as DH took me away for a surprise weekend away as a belated anniversary present!!

B: Fired mushrooms, fried tomatoes, fried egg (fully cooked ) toast and beans
L: Cheese sandwich and a packet of crisps
D: Olives and Brushetta to Start and yummy pizza for mains!!

Must eat more sensibly today!!

Gosh, trying to remember now... wa sonly yesterday but mind is like a sieve!

B- 2 slices toast and peanut butter, cup of decaf coffee, orange juice
L- 5 crackers with cheese spread, apple, cup of tea (not decaf!), chocolate pudding
D- huge plate of pasta bolognese

Today (Sunday) I have had...

B- 2 slices toast and peanut butter, cup of decaf coffee
L- roll with ham and cheese, choccy biscuit, can of diet irn-bru (oops)
D- chicken and prawn noodle laksa, slice of banana cake, rasperry and strawberry smoothie, cup of tea

I think I am doing not too badly considering xxx
