We are not going to find out. So little is a surprise anymore that we want this little bit of "not knowing" in the delivery room.

the new wife i think i am leaning more towards that i would
love the surprise but its the painting and the clothes that have
a little bit of a pull on me to find out. Neutral colors only go
so far lol

Yah i know my brother didnt say any names just because
they didnt like the bad reactions from people they
wanted it to be there choice and not get pulled away from
a name because one person didnt like it lol . i dont think i
would tell ppl the names that i picked out.
Congrats on your pregnancy by the way Jovi and new wife

On the other side of the fence, my husband and I ARE planning on finding out the sex. I don't have strong feelings either way but my husband would like to know in order to both plan (clothes, paint etc.) but also because he feels he will bond better if he is already referring to the baby by name. Since I don't care and he does, we will find out if it is an option.

We figure that it will be a surprise no matter what, whether we find out in the ultrasound office or the delivery room.

However, I think it is an intensely personal decision that every couple must make for themselves.

I found out and i must say i dont regret it!!! For me personally it is going to make bonding with my baby alot easier Not to mention the cute outfits and bold paint choices i got to make... However I did have my doubts and was unsure if i should find out or not, however i dont know many people that find out and regret that they did? It would also be nice to have a suprise though.... Its a tough one

I am scared that we would find out we were having a boy and then out comes a girl (or vice versa) ... then there would be a lot of changing to do around the house!

I can completely understand both schools of thought and respect people's choices either way.

I agree it is a tough one expecially if you and the dad
have different views. Im still on the fence the planning
thing is really swaying me.

But i totally agree that its every couples choice and
its a hard one!!!
