No morning sickness yet - should I be worried?

I can't help but worry about the lack of morning sickness. I've lost my appetite and maybe once a day, I will feel a little queasy (normally when I'm eating something), but I haven't ever felt like I was going to be sick. I don't really feel pregnant, just a bit like a big old fraud.

Anyone else not had morning sickness yet?

I haven't had any morning sickness either - it is a worry, because you read everywhere that you should have it!

I guess you are just one of the lucky ones... although my cousin didn't get sickness until 14 weeks! eek!

Keep your fingers crossed for a happy, healthy and vom vom free pregnancy!

Hi Aunty E
Ever womans body is different, Pregnancy can effect you in so many different ways.
Dont be worried about not getting any sickness, you may be one of the luckly ladies who doesnt experience it..
I hardly had any with both my boys, only certain smells would set me off, I found ginger beer that gone a little flat would keep it at bay.

Sickness is caused by the growning babies hormones, fighting against your hormones.
So in theory and I really do belive this, If you dont have any/or little morning sickness the baby is a boy, because after a while your body just accepts the male hormones, but when carried a girl you will have so much more of the female hormone and the body just tried to control the right amount it should normally have..
I have read, and known many ladies who this has applied to..
Hope that made sense..

So please dont be worried, enjoy your pregnancy, and let nature take it course.

I'm 7+2 days and last week suffered 3 days of mild ms only. Saw my doctor today and told her I had no more ms and she said this was normal and nothng to worry about, my body was probably now used to the hormones

I don't think you should worry - if anything be grateful I think!

With my first pregnancy I had no real morning sickness at all, I was probably physically sick twice the entire first trimester. For me it was more just a general aversion to food...I just couldn't put anything in my mouth.

This time around, not so lucky. I've had terrible MS since day one. As this one is twins that's definitely a factor, but I really wish it would bloody well go away!

But don't worry, not everyone does suffer from it. It doesn't mean that anything is wrong, just that you're one of the lucky ones.

I didn't have any morning sickness with any of my pregnancies. I had a girl and two boys.

Some people are just lucky, others will get it during one pregnancy and not another, and others will get them through each pregnancy.
