understanding my BFP

hi all im new to here

just after some advise if anyone could help me.
got a

on the 23rd of december my last period being the 23rd of november,
but the only time i can think that i may have got pregnant would be the 20th (my birthday) as we had a split condom on that day but as i was close to period i wasent to worried about it.
plus when i tested my positive result was there before the control line in about 5 secs.
any advise would be fantastic. xxx

Was your persion on teh 23rd Nov a normal one?
Sounds like you might be further on if your bfp is coming up so quick and strongly

it was lighter that normal and there was no pain as i remember,

Its possible that your period may have been implantation bleeding, alot of women do mistake this for their period.

if you can afford to get one, it's worth doing one of those digital tests that tell you the conception date (can get them in boots, asda, tescos) and it will tell you how many weeks from conception. if it says 3+ then you're further along than you're thinking like arcanegirl says

I had what seemed like a period about 5 weeks in, I thought it was a period untill I got my

on one of the clearblue conception indicator tests and it said I was 3+ which means 5-6 weeks pregnant, so I now think it must have been implantation bleeding!

Some ladies have bleeding around the time their periods are due though and some even have periods all the way through their pregnancies!

I am waiting for my 12 week scan and hoping it confirms the dates I have!
