I had a similar problem before getting pregnant, I could only eat my main evening meal but the minute I found out I was pregnant I had to force myself to eat. I didn't have morning sickness so it wasn't too bad but now Im having problems eating again. I just try and eat little and often and taking pregnacare which has all the vitamins etc in it. I had gained 1/2 a stone but now haven't put weight on for 3 weeks. Its starting to concern me too and will be speaking to my MW at my next appointment. Just try little and often rather than meals. I really hope this helps and Im sure we can get over this. Take care hun XX

the amount you are eating should be fine for first tri, your baby will get all the nutrients it needs from that, you only need to start eating more calories in the second and third tri's. My sis in law had hyperemis gravidarum (really bad sickness) and hardly ate anything the whole of her pregnancy and still had a healthy baby, your baby just takes all the nutrition it can and you are left with the remainder basically so it will be detrimental to you not the baby - little parasites that they are LOL!!

Try not to worry and just eat what you can and little and often x
