| Milk isn't the only way to get calcium, it is found in dairy products such as yoghurt, cheese etc, leafy green vegetables (brocolli is a good source), nuts and seeds (almonds, brazils, sesame seeds), tofu, and dried fruit. To make sure that your body is using the calcium you need vit D for absorbtion of calcium, so make sure you get some time in the sun (easier said then done at the moment) but not too much. |
