i was wondering what to expect at my first appointment. will they do an ultrasound? i'm seeing a midwife and i wasn't even sure if midwives do ultrasounds or not. i really hope they will, because it will make me feel a little better seeing something in there. they didn't tell me to drink a lot of water before my appointment or anything, so does thins mean they will not do one?

what else should i expect and is there anything i should bring with me?

Your first appointment will be booking bloods and she will set up yournotes, contact the hospital and arrange your first scan ...

She won't do it hun.

Just make sure you know yours and your OH medical history and immediant familys too

You will get scan number 1 around 12 weeks. Your MW will arrange this for you when you see her
