AF pains


Does anyone know if its common to have AF pains around the time ur AF would have been due? im gettin them today an its when i should have has my AF!

Yeah I read somewhere that it is usual. Plus you are at a stage wjhere baby is growing rapidly so you will be stretching anyway.

Me too, it's annoying because it worries you no matter how many times you tell yourself its nothing. I get a dull backache and mild tummy tightenings from time to time. Deep down i know they are just because my body is stretching but I still worry.

Yes Soph, they are very common - Especially around the time AF would have been due.

I stll get them now sometimes and I also remember my labour pains started out as AF type pains - so you can get them pretty much all the way through!
