Low back pain, cramping, twinges in thigh

I am a little worried and hoping these are "growing pains" and nothing serious to worry about. It has been happening all day, along with constant nausea. The cramping is lower abdominal and is quite uncomfortable. It is moderately painful. Now I am really getting sick of it, though, since it has been happening all day. I've also had kind of sharp pains / twinges in my upper thigh on the right as well as low back pain that comes and goes. Do you think it is the baby popping out of my pelvis? I do know that my uterus was tilted very far to the back but the doctor said it will naturally move forward into the normal position because it has nowhere else to go. Also, my uterus is definitely sticking out more today.

I'm having similar pains...lower back and my thighs...pain goes right down to my feet. It's awful!! My sister said it has something to do with the uterus moving around...hope it's not like this the whole time...it's terrible!

I had them last week too, DM but they have eased off this week. My tummy is definitely harder above the pelvic bone now and I have a wee pot belly which I can't pull in so I assumed it was just everything moving around again.
