Very strange tip for throwing up...

I don't know about you, but morning sickness is all day sickness for me, with me throwing up at least three times a day. I hate throwing up, it tastes nasty, it makes your throat sting etc etc

Well yesterday my OH forced me to have some Marshmellows.
"They'll make me throw up." I said which he responded I was going to do that anyway. True True.

Anyway when I actually did throw up (white and pink) for the first time it didn't hurt my throat and it actually tasted nice/ of marshmellows.

So if you're constantly throwing up, you might as well eat sweet tasting things so it's not so bad later ^_^

Ta Da, told you it was strange,

I got sick and tired of throwing up nastiness and the burning throat, that I bought ice cream for the really sick days. It tastes better coming back up, and it usually doesn't burn my throat, either.

I think one of the reasons I went off veggies and fruit is because they were too acidic on the way back up. I like the marshmallows one - jelly babies are good too!

Lol! at all responses. and @MegGem, it's me that -loves- marshmellows so he got some for me to cheer me up and then came the whole, 'but I'll throw up' thing XD

Ice cream and ribena is a good idea

Oh maybe we should put together a menu of 'throw up' foods for first trimesters XD

I'm not sure if it helps, but i've read that ginger biscuits can help with morning sickness.
