blood hcg level 271, good or bad at 5 weeks?

i got my blood test results today and it was quantitative test and my levels are 271. i am5 weeks pregnant.any idea if its a good level for 5 weeks??

i asked my doc and she told me that they are quiet high and good, and she told me that usally it will greater than 90 at 4-5weeks.

please share ur experiences and advice.

they sound within the range hun so thats good mine were 2136 at 5 weeks
