The OB tried an abdominal, but couldn't find anything, so did a vaginal. We found Cub and a heartbeat!! 75 beats per minute. Doc said it probably only started beating a day or two ago and dated me at 6+1. Wow! I was SO worried, as I had been spotting again. Spotting red today!  Doc said it was likely the result of sex and cut us off until 13-14 weeks! That is two months!!! It is worth it though. Hopefully no more spotting. I'll attach pics - Cub is the bright white line. The blob above Cub's head is the yolk sac. He is 5mm, which Doc said is great for my date.  He is so tiny that when Doc focused on the heartbeat, it looked like it took up more than half his body! OH said "It's ALL heart!"  |
