Tae Bo ok for pregnant woman?


I started tae bo for several months now and wondering if I can continue doing that?

is there any alternative exercise for pregnant woman? I heard low impact aerobic is good, but dunno which one, I do the exercise by dvd at home. so any suggestions girls? thanks alot

hey hun, i can't realy advise on tae bo but here's a link to advice on lifestyle while pregnant and it mentions exercise (basically not to do strenuous stuff or contact sport)
