Scan tomorrow and symptoms gone. Really scared.

Hiya. I've got my 7 week scan tomorrow and I'm so, so scared. Since yesterday lunchtime all my symptoms, which had been getting and worse worse, have vanished. No sickness, and boobs are tiny and not sore at all anymore.
I am 6+6 today.
I am so, so scared as last PG my baby died at just over 6 weeks. I found out at a 7 week scan, and all my symptoms had vanished suddenly at the time baby had died. I'm so scared of the same happening again.
Anyone had sickness and boobs vanish at 7 weeks, but still seen a healthy baby and HB on a scan?
I just feel like I am living in a horrid de-ja-vu and it's all going to happen again. Sorry for being a paranoia case!

Hi Niki, my symptoms seem to come and go. One day sore bbs that were getting veiny the next day nothing only to return two days later. I called my doc and they said not to worry it was perfectly normal.

My symptoms came and went a lot around 6/7 weeks - on the day of my 7 week scan I didn't feel pregnant at all! Good luck hun let us know how it goes

Good Luck for the scan, am sure everything will be as it should be.

Although I partly understand what your going through I have a scan booked for friday and am worrying like hell, just wanting to see the HB.

I think the only way to get though this is to stay positive

same ere uknow im feeling the same, ive had no ms, all ive had is sore boobs, but can i say. ...... last time i had bad ms and sore boobs and mc as uknow

Hi hun ive been having the same problem but Ive been at me sisters n mums all weekend, and me sister had her baby, and I was worried bout my lack of sickness and she said she was not sick all the time but when u are ull wish ur not, hers came and went like ours, hope ur doing ok xx

Symptoms can come and go Hun. I had hardly any symptoms on Sunday and now I've be wretching over the loo since tea time yesterday! I'm sure everything will be fine at the scan tomorrow, i'll be thinking about you.
