Breakfast

I am finding myself not getting anything to eat in the morning. And then by noon (lunch time) I am feeling very week and tired and just not good at all. Nothing sounds appetizing for really any part of the day but I'm wondering what you ladies are doing for breakfast?

Help please

Thanks ladies, I learn so much being on this board- tons of new words for example I have no idea what wholemeal toast, breck porridge, or nutella is lol. I'll google it, thanks everyone : ) I've never been much of a morning person but now it sends me way downhill if I don't eat something

Ouuuuf...... breakfast is NOT my friend either.

Sometimes I'll force myself to eat an orange and a Special-K cereal bar. Those are pretty good. You should try the strawberry kind.

I've been sticking with toast, nice and bland and started me off well, but now I feel better in the mornings and worse in the evenings, so I'm thinking a small bowl of cereal might work.

How about rice cakes or cereal/granola bars for breakfast?
