sciatica (sp?)


Just wondering if any of you ladies are suffering with sciatica now? i get it on my right side and not sure if theres anything i can do to ease it or even stop it. Help greatly appreciated!! x

Sorry hun ive know idea really....is it something that acupuncture could help with?

I have had it from very early on. Theres not a lot you can do really except try to keep moving about - it hurts I know. x

hey hun..i dont have any currently but i'm expecting some very soon.. i suffer from it quite alot... accupuncture does help as do anti spasmodic drugs but dont think u can take them while pregnant..but honestly try the accupuncture it does really help...i'm totally petrified of needles n it doesn't bother me (when i say petrified i mean when i was in hospital with my asthma i ran away from the nurse when she came at me with a needle!!) hope this helps hun

i too am suffering with this and it seems to be getting worse! Sound like an old woman when trying to walk up and down the stairs at work!!!

Mine started at the weekend and then its gots worse so was off work yesterday and am off today mainly coz i can't walk properly but i don't trust myself to drive to work either. hope your sciatica disappears soon! have you tried any exercises? they do seem to help x
