spotty boobies!

Has anyone got spotty boobies? or have I just been blessed with this!!!!

Not only have they ballooned in size and giving me a backache wearing my new hammock bra but they have got spotty and im talking real spots not just the lumpy nipple ones! (sorry tmi!) must be the hormones.
