What painkillers can I take?

I'm having really bad pains to the left side of my abdomen (where the womb is, kind of, I think. lol!)

I'm taking paracetemol but its not doing much. Is there anything else I can take,or anything I can do that might help (hot water bottles aren't helping much, neither are warm baths.)

I think its just my uterus stretching cus I had a scan tonight and saw the heartbeat

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I'm in agony
