Headaches - natural remedy

I have today, the most thumping headache (due to agro from mate!!) and I've been having a dull annoying lack of concentration causing headache the past 2 weeks. Usually I would take Ibuprofen for this, but I just read its not good (despite the warning on the packet only saying not to take it during the LAST 3 months - no mention of any other time).

Asprin makes me itch and paracetemol makes me hurl. I have tried 4Head but that just makes me feel nauseus . I am worried these are going to get worse, as they seem to be, and I cannot have ANY days off sick (we only get 5 'instances' of sick leave then we dont get paid for days off sick - and ive had 3 already this year - just 3 days mind! so 2 more days or Instances and i wont get ££ for any sick days .)

I am drinking lots of water, but that also makes me light headed. I cant seem to win thin week

Get someone to rub your feet, its supposed to help, and it did for me...never fully took the headache away but did make my head hurt less

That's a bit rubbish about the sick leave. I'd avoid the aspirin as it can cause problems for baby - paracetamol's safe and if things get really bad, codeine-based painkillers can be used in the 1st and 2nd trimesters (and 3rd if you really need them) under the guidance of a doctor. Other possibilities include massage, heat packs, cold, warm baths, relaxation and acupuncture. Physiotherapists might be able to help too.
