Got the familiar twinge in the back yesterday

My SPD with Charlie started with rib flair (severe pain in the mid-back) and then spread to my pelvis.

Yesterday I started with the pain in the back. Not really painful yet, but exactly the same position as last time, and definitely the same pain.

I've not got my consultants appointment until the 3rd November.

Sorry, just need to rant.

Ohh I really feel for you. With my second baby I got the SPD back at 5 weeks, I'm not kidding. The hormones that loosen up the joints go straight to work

Take care of yourself, I hope the SPD won't be too bad for you.
