Hello ladies, could any of you help me?
I had some cramps when I first got my BFP and for 4-6 weeks and then I have been ok really. A few twinges but nothing mega. But today the shooting pains and cramps have started again, like AF is coming on and off all day - not painful but more annoying. Do you think its because my uterus is swelling and growing or the placenta is starting or what? Am I being a bit thick? I am new to this so do I need to worry or is it normal at about 11 / 12 weeks?

I wouldn't sorry hun, streches and cramps are perfectly as now is the major growth period starts for our uterus is may get worse. Some women never feel it but I do too hun

I have had a few cramps over the last few days, nothing major but I did notice them esp since I haven't had any since about 9 weeks. I think the baby is moving up now around this time so its probably due to that. x

Cramps and stretchy pains are very normal hunn, you can also get period type pains if you have trapped wind low down there it can give you back ache and leg ache too, hope you feel better soon

I'm 11 weeks too and have been having cramps (again annoying but not really painful) continuously for the last 4 days so I thought I'd give my GP a call. She went through loads of questions but was happy that as long as I wasn't bleeding with them and that the pain wasn't really bad then it should all be ok.
