What to expect at 2nd appointment 15 weeks

I have my 2nd real apointment sept. 26th. My first appt. they just did paper and blood/urine work. And then i had appt in august and i had a transvaginal ultrasound to ind out how far along i was and they did a pap smear. And my 2nd appt. is coming up in a couple weeks. And I will be exactly 15 weeks what should i expect at the appt. Do you think I will be able to have a regular ultrasound. cause i want my bf/fob in the room for it if they do. do they do papsmears every time. cause next appt. i have a guy doctor. which will bekinda uncomfortable but i guess it willbe ok.
